Exhibit Hall Speakers Tables Display Art	Most of the speakers are published authors and are encouraged to bring books with them to sell and autograph. Speakers will be provided tables for book signings. Paradigm Research Group is seeking high-end vendors with an emphasis on books, tapes, videos, art works and other information driven products. The Exhibit Hall will be open to the public to increase interest in the conference and increase vendor sales. Art work will be displayed throughout the conference areas.

Keynote Address	Stephen Bassett PRG's executive director will use the conference Keynote to make a statement to the U. S. Congress, the presidential candidates and the American people. This keynote will be filmed in high definition and made available to all conference attendees who wish a copy. It will be further discussed at the PRG press conference at the National Press Club on Monday and immediately placed into the increasingly important and growing Internet video archival milieu.

Gildas Bourdais (France)	The death and rebirth of French official UFO studies, 2004-2007 The French official service for the study of UFOs, initially created in 1977 at the National Center for Space Studies (CNES) under the name of GEPAN, and later SEPRA, was closed at the beginning of 2004, following some years of reduced activity. But it has been reopened in 2005, and renamed GEIPAN (Group for Study and Information on Unidentified Aerospatial Phenomena). It has begun publishing, in March 2007, its archives on the CNES website, aiming at a total of about 1,650 cases by the end of this year. In short, this means a new, official admission of the reality of UFOs, while remaining prudent about their nature. However, in the French medias and behind the scenes, there is still a battle going on between the "pro UFOs" and the skeptics. In addition to that, the question remains open about the existence of secret French UFO files.

Jaime Maussan (Mexico)	UFO Best Evidence 2007 A full journalistic organization, dedicated to the research and investigation of the evidence of the presence of intelligent extraterrestrial life in México, around the world and the Space. With a regular National Television program, two hours long, every Sunday night, a radio program and a Magazine, this group of investigators have been able to collect, some of the best UFO evidence at the moment. Evidences from the ongoing UFO flap in México, not just from video but also physical evidence of ET presence. Incredible videos from Italy and other countries and a continuous research of data from the Space (NASA) missions: STS114, STS 115,STS 116, STS 117, STS 118 and STS 121, makes this presentation the most complete in the field at this moment.
Nick Pope (UK)	Official Disclosure in the UK The British Government is in the process of declassifying and releasing hundreds of files containing thousands of documents on UFOs. Much material has already been released and has been sent to the National Archives, or scanned onto the Ministry of Defense (MoD) website. Some recent releases include material formerly classified at the "Secret UK Eyes Only" level. There's more to come. 24 Defense Intelligence Staff (DIS) files on UFOs are now eligible for release. These files were previously contaminated by asbestos and earmarked for destruction, along with thousands of other DIS files that had been stored in the same location. But following an outcry from historians, the government spent millions of pounds decontaminating the files, which have now been scanned onto CD-ROM. Simultaneously, the MoD is considering how to release their entire archive of UFO files, as the French Government did earlier this year. Nick Pope ran the MoD's UFO project from 1991 to 1994. He worked on many of the files about to be released. In his presentation, he'll set out the British Government's policy on UFOs and will explain why the files are being released now. He'll also give the audience a preview of some of the sensational material in the files, including UFOs seen by pilots, UFOs tracked on radar and UFOs that have been pursued by air force jets.

Dr. Michael Salla (Australia)	Exopolitics: Mapping out the Public Policy Challenges associated with the cover up of Extraterrestrial Life Polls consistently show over two thirds of the American public believe government agencies are covering up evidence of extraterrestrial life. As the public becomes convinced of a "Cosmic Watergate" attention shifts from an exclusive focus on the collection of empirical data to 'prove' the reality of extraterrestrial life, to studying the political implications of extraterrestrials visiting earth. This trend has been powerfully reinforced by the 2007 public release of the Walter Haut Affidavit that shows a cover up based on national security concerns from at least 1947. Exopolitics is an interdisciplinary approach to analyzing evidence of extraterrestrial life that helps reveal the key political actors, processes and institutions associated with the Cosmic Watergate. Among these processes is evidence that representatives from the US national security system met with and reached agreements with extraterrestrial visitors soon after the 1947 Roswell Crash. The future of exopolitics is likely to witness an increased focus on critical public policy issues such as the constitutional standing of secret agreements reached with extraterrestrials; the targeting of extraterrestrial vehicles through space weapons; the use of false flag operations to distract the public from disclosure of extraterrestrial life; the use of illicit funding mechanisms to support a 2nd Manhattan Project comprising extraterrestrial related projects; and the suppression of new energy technologies for economic and geo-political purposes.
Thomas Carey Donald Schmitt	Witness to Roswell: 'If you say anything, you will be killed!' Our presentation will detail the extreme measures taken by our government and military in 1947 to "kill" the Roswell story. Such measures against American civilians, which we have uncovered from new witness accounts, would today be termed civil rights violations at the very least. We will detail some of these accounts and reveal how intimidation is still being attempted today.

Since 2000, former government officials have also given public evidence to the presence of Extraterrestrial civilizations on Earth. Why is Disclosure and human understanding accelerating now, since the year 2000? The Exopolitics Model – A Cosmic Trigger? The Exopolitics Model provides the interface between human and Extraterrestrial societies. Proposal 1: That a Truth-Amnesty Disclosure Process be undertaken by the U.S., U.N. other national governments. Proposal 2: That we as an Exopolitics community adopt and promote a simple message that people in a viral way can internalize, advertise, promote, affirm, and generally make a mantra of their daily and public life. Jaime Maussan (Mexico)	Biografia Su prominencia relacionada con los temas extraterrestres empezó en 1991 con la oleada de avistamientos Ovni en México, que han tenido implicaciones extraordinarias para la exopolítica.
