Meet the Speakers Cocktail Party and Documentary	Expect a dinner's worth of great hors d'oeuvres, a cash bar and a chance to talk with the X-Conference presenters. After the party we will watch the premiere of a new documentary, The Day Before Disclosure from New Paradigm Films and Terje Toftenes.
Exhibitor and Speakers Tables	Most of the speakers are published authors and are encouraged to bring books with them to sell and autograph. Speakers will be provided tables for book signings. Paradigm Research Group is seeking high-end exhibitors with an emphasis on books, tapes, videos, art works and other information driven products.

Special Presentation	The Martian Codex with George Haas and William Saunders Did you think the Mars anomalies issues was settled? Think again. Drawing from an opus of archaeological scholarship and cutting edge discovery Haas and Saunders have collected a vast array of Martian structures that are very similar, if not identical to the artwork produced by the earliest cultures of Mesoamerica. Beginning with an analysis of the controversial Face on Mars they unveil unprecedented evidence that the Face is actually a bifurcated structure that mirrors a set of corresponding masks found on a temple at Cerros, Belize. Their presentation will highlight portions of their new book The Martian Codex and display an array of images from across the red planet including an expanded image of the Aztec god Quetzacoatl and NASA’s most recent release of a third high-resolution image of the famous parrot geoglyph that has 18 points of anatomical correctness. The presentation will conclude with an examination of a recently discovered aviary complex discovered in the northern region of Cydonia that provides matching “tetrahedral” geometry to the original Cydonia Complex observed by early researchers such as Richard Hoagland and Erol Torun."

Special Presentation	George Noory The host of Coast to Coast AM, will talk about his career and the people he has met along the way and take lots of questions from the audience. This will be the first time George has spoken at the National Press Club.

Richard Dolan	Exopolitics, Disclosure and the National Security State Historian Richard Dolan will analyze the patterns of UFO secrecy since the 1940s. Focusing on the national security aspects of the UFO phenomenon, Dolan will explain how it was a key factor in the creation of the U.S. "black budget," and hence a subversion of the traditional American political system. He will also discuss the paradox of how an end to UFO secrecy is both impossible and inevitable. Finally, he will outline the challenges and probable shape of a post-disclosure world. In other words, "life after contact."
A. J. Gevaerd	A New World Power Emerges A leading UFO/ET researcher and activist will present the amazing emergence of Brazil as a major player on the world stage and in the Disclosure process.
Linda Moulton Howe with John Burroughs	RAF Bentwaters - the UK's Roswell Linda will present updates about the mysterious, unidentified lights, beams and craft seen by at least thirty military men the last week of December 1980 and other sightings in January 1981 in the Rendlesham Forest between RAF Bentwaters and RAF Woodbridge, England. No one in the U. K. or American governments officially called the event "extraterrestrial" until June 25, 2009. That day former RAF Bentwaters Deputy Base Commander, Col. Charles I. Halt, said in a press release that the unidentified lights and beams he saw in Rendlesham Forest, "...were extraterrestrial in origin and that the security services of both the United States and England were and have been complicit in trying to subvert the significance of what occurred at Rendlesham by use of well-practiced methods of disinformation." Featured in Linda's presentation are former Airman 1st Class, John Burroughs, who was assigned to RAF Bentwaters police duty. John was in Rendlesham Forest on both December 26 and 28, 1980, interacting with the highly strange aerial phenomena. Afterward, some military colleagues thought John either jumped on a craft of unknown origin or was taken upward into a large, aerial light. Even now, thirty years later, John has disturbing dreams and trouble sleeping. John had hypnosis in 1988 that broke through some of his memory block. Then in October 2008, Linda found a hypnotherapist to help John Burroughs remember more about the telepathic lights. She will also present new details about December 27, 1980, and comments from former RAF Bentwaters Deputy Base Commander Charles I. Halt; former USAF security officer Staff Sgt. James Penniston, who touched a black, glassy, triangular craft; and other military men now coming forward, including a dramatic sighting of a 300-foot-diameter, cigar-shaped craft above the RAF Woodbridge East Gate on January 9, 1981.
Gary Heseltine	The History of British Police UFO Sighting Gary has been researching this subject since 2002. He has now amassed over 350 sightings between 1901 and 2008 involving over 700 British police officers. Gary’s presentation will comprise of a brief history of how his research began before giving a selection of the types of cases contained on his PRUFOS Police Database website i.e. radar/visual, close encounters. He will also comment on recent UFO/ET developments in the UK.
George Knapp	The Kanpp Files George's greatest hits from a long career engaging the UFO/ET issues as an investigative journalist for a major television station.
Peter Robbins	Media, Ridicule and the CIA: How the Subject of UFOs Was Made to Look Ridiculous and Why the Skewed Reporting Persists The subject of UFOs and their implications have been ridiculed and laughed at since the summer of 1947, the advent of our so-called modern age of sightings. How and why did this pattern of behavior come to exist? What were the events which set it in motion, and why is so important for us to grasp the reality of and implications surrounding this historically distorted and derided subject? In this illustrated presentation investigative writer Peter Robbins looks at the birth and growth of the UFO ridicule factor and the strategies which govern its effectiveness. Robbins then goes on to examine how the CIA's 1953 Robertson Panel did their best to insure that such distorted news coverage continues into present day new reporting. An excellent introduction to the historic dynamics surrounding this complex and profoundly important area of study.
Paul Stonehill	UFO phenomenon in Russia `(the Russian Empire, the` `Soviet Union, and post-communistRussia)` Paul Stonehill will describe Soviet and Russian military research of paranormal phenomena (including the SETKA program files; UFO sightings by Russian military; dangerous encounters; cosmonaut sightings and revelations). KGB and paranormal phenomena: the secret police interest in the research and its files. USOs (unidentified submersible objects) in the Russian and international waters and Soviet Navy's secret USO research programs. `The lecture will present history of UFO phenomenon in` `Russia`and the countries it has controlled. Military, scientific, and intelligence (both Soviet and American) reports of UFO sightings, as well as offer a detailed analysis of the most famous UFO cases. Vivid description of incidents in Ukraine, Russian Far East, the Tien-Shen Mountains, along the Sino-Russian and Iranian borders, and the Russian Arctic territories; the strategic Kola Peninsula, the faraway baffling Chukotka, Karelia, the Urals, Kazakhstan, and Yakutia. UFO sightings reports from the formerly inaccessible Soviet territories and Russia's top secret sites. From the ancient Russian "signs in the sky" to unsolved mystery of the Tunguska Phenomenon through the sightings of modern Russian cosmonauts, the lecture will describe the fascinating history of UFO phenomenon in the former Russian Empire and `USSR.`
