The purpose of this independent campaign was to challenge other Maryland 8th District congressional candidates, encourage citizens across the country to challenge their candidates and engage the political media regarding issues no previous candidate has ever raised in the context of a national election.    Disclosure2003 is over.   A full report of what transpired will be forthcoming shortly.   If the US government has not formally acknowledged the extraterrestrial presence by June of next year, a new campaign will be initiated titled "Disclosure2005."   For that and other reasons this campaign site will continue to develop, and fund raising will continue as well.   If you find the ideas on this site to be important, here is how you can help:
