Stephen Bassett -
Executive Producer/Speaker/Panel Moderator
is arguably the
leading advocate in the nation for ending the 60-year government imposed
truth embargo regarding an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race
and the planet earth. He is a political activist, lobbyist, commentator,
columnist and conference producer. He is the founder of the Paradigm
Research Group, the Executive Director of the Extraterrestrial Phenomena
Political Action Committee (X-PPAC),
the creator of the Paradigm Clock and the executive producer of the
X-Conference. His work has been covered internationally including the
Washington Post, Washington Times, New
York Times, Legal Times, Christian Science Monitor, National Journal,
Pravda, London Sunday Express and Roll Call.
Presently he is the only registered lobbyist in the United
States representing extraterrestrial related phenomena research/activist
organizations, and X-PPAC is the first political action committee to
target the political implications of extraterrestrial related phenomena.
Between April 19 and November 5 of 2002 he conducted an independent
candidacy in the 2002 congressional campaign in the 8th District of
Maryland. It was the first instance in which a candidate on the November
ballot in a federal election openly addressed the matter of an extraterrestrial
presence and the government imposed truth embargo.
Since 1996 Bassett has assisted many organizations and
initiatives making the case for 1) an end to the government truth embargo, and 2) open congressional
hearings to take the testimony of former military and agency employees
witness to extraterrestrial-related events and evidence. He has appeared
on hundreds of radio and television talk shows and in numerous documentaries
delivering the message to millions of people of the likelihood and
implications of "Disclosure" - the formal acknowledgement of the ET presence
by the governments of the world.

Edgar Mitchell, PhD
- Keynote (Main)
On January 31, 1971, Navy Captain Dr. Edgar Mitchell embarked on a
journey into outer space that resulted in becoming the sixth man to walk
on the moon. The Apollo 14 mission was NASA's third manned lunar
landing. This historic journey ended safely nine days later on February
9, 1971. It was an audacious time in the history of mankind. For
Mitchell, however, the most extraordinary journey was yet to come.
As he hurtled earthward through the
abyss between the two worlds, Mitchell became engulfed by a profound
sensation "a sense of universal connectedness." He intuitively sensed
that his presence, that of his fellow astronauts, and that of the planet
in the window were all part of a deliberate, universal process and that
the glittering cosmos itself was in some way conscious. The experience
was so overwhelming Mitchell knew his life would never be the same.
Scientist, test pilot, naval officer,
astronaut, entrepreneur, author and lecturer, Dr. Mitchell's
extraordinary career personifies humankind's eternal thrust to widen its
horizons as well as its inner soul.
His academic background includes a
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon
University, a Bachelor of Science from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate
School and a Doctor of Science in Aeronautics and Astronautics from
MIT. In addition he has received honorary doctorates in engineering
from New Mexico State University, the University of Akron, Carnegie
Mellon University and a ScD from Embry-Riddle University.
Dr. Mitchell has received many awards
and honors and was
inducted to the Space Hall of Fame in 1979 and the Astronaut Hall of
Fame in 1998.
After retiring from the Navy in 1972,
Dr. Mitchell founded the
Institute of Noetic Sciences
to sponsor research into the nature of consciousness as it relates to
cosmology and causality. In 1984, he was a co-founder of the
Association of Space Explorers, an international organization of those
who have experienced space travel. He
lectures regularly on cosmology, human potential, and the implications
of recent discoveries in science as they affect our individual lives.
He is the author of "Psychic
Exploration," 1974, The Way of the Explorer,
1996, (Third edition, 2006) as well as dozens of articles in both
professional and popular periodicals. He has devoted the last 35 years
to studying human consciousness and psychic and paranormal phenomena in
the search for a common ground between science and spirit.
“Suddenly from behind the rim
of the moon, in long, slow-motion moments of
immense majesty, there emerges a sparkling blue
and white jewel, a light, delicate sky-blue
sphere laced with slow swirling veils of white,
rising gradually like a small pearl in a thick
sea of black mystery. It takes more than a
moment to fully realize this is Earth—home."
“On the return trip home, gazing
through 240,000 miles of space toward the stars
and the planet from which I had come, I suddenly
experienced the universe as intelligent, loving,
harmonious.”
"We're way, way past time for bringing this information to
the public, acknowledging it and entering into the sort of discussions at the
highest levels of congress and the government - to make this information
available to the public. It's far, far past time for this. If we don't do it
here, I don't know when we'll ever going to be able to do it."
“We went to the moon as technicians, we returned humanitarians.”

"I think our representative democracy is in danger....I think events are moving
so fast, so very rapidly, that no one is really on top of it, and if we don't
get the people mobilized here to demand that we get to the bottom of these
issues we're talking about today...we're not going to have an opportunity
forever. This is a key issue that we are talking about."
Interview with Art Bell Show
January 5, 1998
"I've talked with people of
stature-of military and government credentials and position-and heard their
stories, and their desire to tell their stories openly to the public. And that
got my attention very, very rapidly.... The first hand experiences of these
credible witnesses that, now in advanced years are anxious to tell their story,
we can't deny that, and the evidence points to the fact that Roswell was a real
incident, and that indeed an alien craft did crash, and that material was
recovered from that crash site."
"The U.S. Government hasn't
maintained secrecy regarding UFOs It's been leaking out all over the place. But
the way it's been handled is by denial, by denying the truth of the documents
that have leaked. By attempting to show them as fraudulent, as bogus of some
sort. There has been a very large disinformation and misinformation effort
around this whole area. And one must wonder, how better to hide something out in
the open than just to say, 'It isn't there. You're deceiving yourself if you
think this is true.' And yet, there it is right in front of you. So it's a
disinformation effort that's concerning here, not the fact that they have kept
the secret. They haven't kept it. It's been getting out into the public for
fifty years or more."
"We all know UFOs are real. All we need to ask is
where are they from."

Paul Hellyer - Keynote
(short) (Canada)
On 3 June 1967, Hellyer flew in by helicopter to officially inaugurate
an Unidentified flying object landing pad in St. Paul, Alberta. The town
had built the landing pad as its Canadian Centennial celebration
project, and as a symbol of keeping space free from human warfare. The
sign beside the pad reads: "The area under the World's First UFO Landing
Pad was designated international by the Town of St. Paul as a symbol of
our faith that mankind will maintain the outer universe free from
national wars and strife. That future travel in space will be safe
for all intergalactic beings, all visitors from earth or otherwise are
welcome to this territory and to the Town of St. Paul."
Throughout his life, Hellyer has been opposed to the weaponization of
space. He supports the Space Preservation Treaty to ban
space weapons.
In early September 2005, Hellyer made international headlines by
publicly announcing that he believed some UFOs were of extraterrestrial
origin. On 25 September 2005, he was an invited speaker at an
exopolitics conference in Toronto, where he told the audience that he
had seen a UFO one night with his late wife and some friends. He
said that though he discounted the experience at the time, he had kept
an open mind to it. He said that he started taking the issue much
more seriously after watching ABC News' "Peter Jennings Reports UFOs:
Seeing is Believing" special in February 2005.
Watching Jennings' report prompted Hellyer to finally read U.S. Army Lt.
Colonel Philip J. Corso's book The Day After Roswell about the
Roswell crash Incident which had been sitting on his shelf for some
time. Hellyer told the Toronto audience that he later spoke to a
retired Air Force General who confirmed the accuracy of the information
in the book.
Hellyer told the audience that in December 2004, he had enjoyed reading
and had endorsed a book by Alfred Webre titled: Exopolitics -
Politics, Government and Law in the Universe. He ended his 30
minute historical talk with a standing ovation by stating: "To turn us
in the direction of re-unification with the rest of creation the author
is proposing a “Decade of Contact” – an “era of openness, public
hearings, publicly funded research, and education about extraterrestrial
reality”.
In 2007, the Ottawa Citizen reported that Hellyer is demanding that
world governments disclose alien technology that could be used to solve
the problem of climate change. "I would like to see what (alien)
technology there might be that could eliminate the burning of fossil
fuels within a generation ... that could be a way to save our planet,"
Hellyer told the paper. He also said that "We need to persuade
governments to come clean on what they know. Some of us suspect they
know quite a lot, and it might be enough to save our planet if applied
quickly enough,"
______________________________________________
Paull Hellyer holds one of the longest and most varied political career
in Canada's history. He was first elected as a Liberal in 1949
federal election in the district of Davenport, he was the youngest
person ever elected to that point in the Canadian House of Commons. He
served a brief stint as Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of
National Defence, and made a good impression. He was then named
Associate Minister of National Defence in the cabinet of Prime Minister
Louis Saint-Laurent. He lost his seat when the Saint-Laurent
government lost the 1957 election a few months later.
Hellyer returned to parliament in a 1958 by-election in the neighboring
district of Trinity, and became an effective opposition critic of the
John Diefenbaker's Progressive Conservative government.
When the Liberals returned to power in the 1963 election, Hellyer became
Minister of National Defence in the cabinet of Lester B. Pearson.
As Minister of Defence, he oversaw the controversial integration and
unification of the Royal Canadian Navy, Canadian Army, the and the Royal
Canadian Air Force into a single organization, the Canadian Forces.
Hellyer contested the 1968 Liberal leadership convention, placing second
on the first ballot, but slipping to third on the second and third
ballots, and withdrawing to support Robert Winters on the fourth ballot,
in which Pierre Trudeau won the leadership. He then served as
Trudeau's Transport Minister, and was Senior Minister in the Cabinet, a
position similar to the current position of Deputy Prime Minister.
Hellyer resigned from cabinet and the Liberal caucus in 1969 over a
dispute with Trudeau over funding for a housing program. He
sat as an independent for several years. After his 1971 attempt to form
a new political party, Action Canada, failed, Progressive Conservative
leader Robert Stanfield invited him to join the PC caucus. He
returned to prominence as an opposition critic and was re-elected in the
1972 election as a Progressive Conservative. He lost his seat, however,
in the 1974 election.
He contested in the PC leadership convention of 1976. He
rejoined the Liberal Party in 1982, but remained mostly silent in
politics. In 1988, he contested the Liberal nomination in the Toronto
district of St. Paul's, losing to Aideen Nicholson.
In 1997, Hellyer formed the Canadian Action Party (CAP) to provide
voters with an economic nationalist option following the collapse of the
National Party of Canada. Hellyer was concerned that both the
Progressive Conservative and Liberal parties were embracing
globalization, and that the New Democratic Party was no longer able to
provide a credible alternative. CAP also embraced Hellyer's proposals
for monetary reform: that the government should become more involved in
the direction of the economy by gradually reducing the creation of
private money and increasing the creation of public money from the
current ratio of 5% public / 95% private back to 50% public and 50%
private. Under the CAP Hellyer lost bids for a seat in
the Canadian House of Commons in the 1997 and 2000 elections.
Following the 2000 election, and a resurgence for the New Democratic
Party, Hellyer approached NDP leadership to discuss the possibility of
merging the two parties into 'One Big Party'. This process was furthered
by the passage of a unanimous motion at the CAP's convention in 2003.
In early 2004, after several extensions of the merger deadline, the NDP
rejected Hellyer's merger proposal which would have required the NDP to
change its name. Hellyer resigned as CAP leader, but remains a member of
the party.

George Noory - Keynote
(short) / Special Event
became official prime host for Coast to
Coast AM, the number one late night talk show in America, on January
1, 2003. He took over the reins from retiring Art Bell to
become the host of America's most fascinating overnight radio program.
Looking back on George's life and his passion for all things
unexplained, it seems almost fated that he would fulfill this unique
role.
While still a teenager, George joined NICAP, the UFO organization that
was a precursor to today's MUFON. He immersed himself in the
field, "so much so that I decided I wanted to go into broadcasting in
order to do unusual stories in the paranormal and stories that the
mainstream media didn't want to touch," he told After Dark.
Indeed, George's very first broadcast interview, while a young radio
reporter for Detroit's WCAR-AM, was with Roswell expert/physicist
Stanton Friedman, with whom he has maintained a lifelong friendship.
Now with a 30-year history in the broadcasting field
under his belt in such positions as executive television news producer
and news director, George brings a wide swath of experience to the
table. In fact, at age 28 he was the youngest major news market news
director in the country when he was at KMSP-TV in Minneapolis. But
it was just a couple of years ago that he came to the attention of
Premiere Radio Networks, who heard him on his late-night radio program
on KTRS in St. Louis. Known as "the Nighthawk," George's penchant for
covering paranormal topics with enthusiasm and skill impressed Premiere.
He was then brought on board to host the Sunday night Coast to Coast
show. And as Art's back problems became more severe, George was honored
to fill in for him on a regular basis.
"Coast to Coast AM may just be the most unusual
show I have ever witnessed or been a part of. You really almost have to
be born into that arena, I think, in order to handle it. I was very
lucky in that's the way I was guiding my own career. It was this thirst
to really get to the bottom of some of these stories that kept pushing
me," George said.
Other highlights of George's life include serving nine
years in the U.S. Naval Reserve and winning three Emmy Awards as a news
executive. But certainly manning the helms of Coast to Coast AM
is a pinnacle for George, allowing him to pursue the unexplained on
a grand scale. It's become his destiny to guide the huge audience from
more than 500 radio stations through the night in this dynamic format
created by Art Bell. Across America, and around the world on the
Internet, George Noory's voice rings out.
Recently George introduced Art Bell at his Lifetime
Achievement Award from "Radio & Records," the radio industry trade
journal.

John Alexander, PhD
has most certainly had one of the
most unusual and varied careers of any officer who has served with the
American military. Which is to say the mainstream military
record only partially summarized below coincided with long term
involvement in a whole range of paranormal issues within the framework
of and in service to the national security. These paranormal
issues included, but were not limited to, remote viewing, psycho kinesis
and UFOs. Since he has spent much of his career involved
with highly classified programs, much of his resume cannot be revealed.
What is known is that he has been a leading
advocate for the development of non-lethal weapons since he created
renewed interest in the field starting in 1989. An original thinker, he
has developed other unique concepts for conflict that must remain
undisclosed at this time.
He entered the US Army as a private in 1956 and rose
through the ranks to sergeant first class, attended OCS, and was a
colonel of Infantry in 1988 when he retired. During his varied career,
he held many key positions in special operations, intelligence, and
research and development. From 1966 through early 1969 he commanded
Special Forces "A" Teams in Vietnam and Thailand. His last military
assignment was as Director, Advanced Systems Concepts Office, US Army
Laboratory Command. After retiring from the Army, Dr. Alexander joined
Los Alamos National Laboratory where he was instrumental in developing
the concept of Non-Lethal Defense. As a program manager, he conducted
non-lethal warfare briefings at the highest levels of government
including the White House Staff, National Security Council, Members of
Congress, Director of Central Intelligence, and senior Defense
officials. He also met with heads of industry, and presented at
academic institutions, including Columbia, Harvard and MIT.
Dr. Alexander organized and chaired the first five major
conferences on non-lethal warfare and served as a US delegate to four
NATO studies on the topic. As a member of the Council on Foreign
Relations non-lethal warfare study, he was instrumental in influencing
the report that is credited with causing the Department of Defense to
create a formal Non-Lethal Weapons Policy in July 1996. For several
years, he has been a distinguished guest lecturer at the US Air Force
Air University and participated in key war games when non-lethal weapons
were first being considered.
Dr. Alexander wrote the seminal articles on current
non-lethal warfare. He published articles in Harvard International
Review, Janes International Defense Review, The Boston
Globe, The Futurist, The Washington Post, and several
other defense journals. Articles about him and his work can be found in
The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Newsweek,
The Sunday Times (London), Panorama (Italy), Konrad
(Germany), The LA Times, Wired Magazine, GQ,
Scientific American, the Bulletin of Atomic Scientists, and
many others. He has appeared on Dateline, Fox News,
Larry King, CNN, and other U.S. programs plus international
television in Australia, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland,
the Netherlands, the UK, and Japan.
Academically, he holds a M.A., Pepperdine University,
Ph.D., Walden University, and later attended the Anderson School of
Management at UCLA, the Sloan School at MIT, and the Kennedy School of
Government general officer program "National and International Security
for Senior Executives" at Harvard University. In addition to many
military awards for valor and service, Aviation Week & Space Technology
selected him as a 1993 Aerospace Laureate and in 1997 inducted him into
the Hall of Fame at the National Air and Space Museum in Washington. He
received a Department of Energy Award of Excellence for the Nuclear
Weapons Program in 1994, and is listed in Who's Who in America,
Who's Who in Science and Engineering, American Men and Women
of Science, and in 2001 was named to the OCS Hall of Fame at Ft.
Benning, Georgia.
Currently, he works as president of LEADS, Inc., serves
as a consultant to CINC US Special Operations Command and is a member of
the National Research Council Committee for Assessment of Non-Lethal
Weapons Science and Technology.

Grant Cameron
(Canada)
became
involved in extraterrestrial-related phenomena research in May 1975 with a
personal sighting near Carman, Manitoba about 25 miles north of the
Canada-US border. Over the next 18 months hundreds of sightings were
reported, and Grant spent months photographing a series of strange objects
and interviewing hundreds of witnesses who were involved. Thus began a 28
years commitment to the subject
After composing a manuscript about the 1975-76 sightings, he moved on to
research the work of the legendary Wilbert B. Smith. Smith headed up the
Canadian government’s flying saucer investigation known as Project Magnet,
which ran from 1950 to 1954. Over two decades Cameron was able to collect
most of Smith’s files and written materials. He interviewed most of the
associates around Smith who worked on the flying saucer investigation. He
produced a CD-Rom data disk with most of the documents from the Smith
files along with 12 hours of audio related to Smith's work.
During the Smith research Grant learned of the former Penn State
University president Dr. Eric Walker, who was identified by Dr. Robert
Sarbacher as a key person inside the Cover-up. Cameron teamed up with T.
Scott Crain to research and write UFOs, MJ-12, and the Government
published by MUFON.
Cameron then turned his research interests to the relationship of U.S.
Presidents to the extraterrestrial issue. He made 13 trips to the U.S.
National Archives and most of the Presidential archives looking for
relevant documents. A major contribution of his work was a FOIA
submission to the White House Office of Science and Technology which
yielded nearly 1,000 pages of disclosure documents from the Clinton
administration.
He has lectured in Canada and the U. S. on the 1975-76 Manitoba sightings,
Wilbert Smith and the president/UFO connection. He lives in

Richard Dolan
studied history, English, and
philosophy as an undergraduate at Alfred University.
His deep passion for the discipline of history resulted in a scholarship
to study at Oxford University and a near miss for a Rhodes Scholarship.
He chose instead to do graduate work at the University of Rochester, where
he focused on German and Soviet studies before moving on to American Cold
War diplomacy. Not wanting to teach, he left academia to
write.
In
1994 he became interested in the UFO problem, approaching it from the
angle of history and politics. He was intrigued by the cultural
schizophrenia - the fact that mainstream and academic culture (official
culture) continued to treat UFOs as amusement, but that so many
intelligent people privately had taken it seriously.
Throughout 1995, 1996, and 1997 he conducted a
systematic bibliographic search, hunting down the many out-of-print books
and UFO documents released over the years through the Freedom of
Information Act. He found the amount of information nearly
overwhelming. A detailed chronology of relevant events was prepared
in advance of writing his critically acclaimed book, UFOs and the
National Security State: Chronology of a Coverup, 1947-1973.
This book provides the crucial foundation everyone needs: a clear,
comprehensive, but concise historical narrative of the problem. He
is completing work on the study's second volume, which will take the
story deeper into the 20th century.

Robert Emenegger
has a long career as an
accomplished and successful creative artist and executive. For a two
decade period just prior to the rise of cable networks and the Internet,
he was a producer, writer, director, composer and actor in a plethora of
creative projects. It was also during this period that he intersected
with the UFO/ET issue in a rather spectacular fashion - a story which
must await Disclosure to be fully understood. That extraordinary
intersection will be the subject of his presentation. He is
the author
UFO’s Past Present and Future which sold nearly one
million books for Ballantine. His 1988 film UFO's: It Has
Begun was an update of UFOs Past Present Future and featured
Rod Serling, J. Allen Hynek, heads of Project Blue Book, 2 Pentagon
spokesmen, Jose Ferrer, Burgess Meredith, Dr Leon Festinger, along with
Jacque Vallee and animal mutilations.
A comprehensive compilation Robert's creative life is provided care of
the
Internet Movie Database (IMDb).
His executive career included Vice
President and Director of Creative Services for Grey Advertising, Inc.
creating/supervising national TV campaigns for Taco Bell, Honda, Bank of
America. Gallo, Franzia wines, Princess Cruises, Dial Soap products, and
others. He was co-owner of Pico/Bronson Film Studios (LA) where he
was also writer/director/producer of 5 TV Specials and 10 original
Science fiction Feature Films for prime time television featuring such
talent as William Shatner, Tom Smothers, Rod Serling, Fred Willard, Rudy
Vallee, Adam West, Jose Ferrer, Cameron Mitchel and many others.
Notably Robert consulted to the re-election committee for President
Richard Nixon and helped create a public awareness program for funding
the incipient Space Shuttle program.
He has also consulted to Universal Studios developing marketing for
films such as Harry and the Henderson’s. The Money Pit,
Out of Africa, and Cry Freedom.
Other accomplishments include 25

Terry Hansen
is an independent journalist and
magazine publisher with
an interest in scientific controversies and the politics of mass media. He
has followed the UFO controversy for decades and has written about it for
various media. In addition, he has organized and moderated two
symposiums about The Science and Politics of the UFO Research for the
Science Museum of Minnesota. He has spoken about the news media's role in
the UFO controversy on various national radio and television shows
including Dreamland and the History Channel. Hansen holds a bachelor's
degree in biology and a master's degree in science journalism, both from
the University of Minnesota. He is retired from the magazine-publishing
industry and now lives in the Canadian Gulf Islands with his wife Jess.
The Missing Times: News Media Complicity in the UFO Cover-up is an investigation into whether some of America's
most influential news organizations, many of which have maintained close
ties to the U.S. intelligence community, have willingly suppressed full
and accurate news coverage of the UFO phenomenon for a variety of
national-security reasons. After a case study of news coverage about UFO
encounters at Montana nuclear-missile facilities, Hansen reveals the
remarkable and persistent difference in UFO-related news coverage
exhibited by local and national news organizations. The author then
reviews the history of censorship and propaganda during the twentieth
century. He explains how and why elite news organizations work closely
with government agencies during times of national crisis, and reviews the
evidence for such media-government collusion over the course of the
half-century-long UFO controversy.

Angelia Joiner
in her capacity as a staff writer for the
Stephenville Empire-Tribune, was the principal reporter
covering the sightings in and around Stephenville, Texas in January
of 2008. Due to the proximity to the President Bush's
Crawford, TX home (70 miles) and the presence of F-16 fighters these
sighting events received international attention.
Subsequently, Angelia appeared on CNN's Larry King Live and continues to
do many interviews across the nation. The Mutual UFO Network Texas branch
recognized her recently as the organization’s “lead investigative
reporter.”
Angelia recently left the Empire
Tribune and joined Mandatory FM
radio station in Stephenville as News Director. Mandatory FM is a
growing music station featuring Texas artists and
the only local station with a streaming online listening audience.
But now it is also "Stephenville's Official UFO Information
Station." Angelia’s morning news broadcasts are
Monday through Friday at 98.5 FM, 107.9 FM and at mandatoryfm.com.
In 2007, Angelia earned two second place
awards from the West Texas Press Association for feature writing and
special coverage. She earned a Bachelor of Science and

development of the global Center for Sustainable Peace and Development
system. Previous to this he was co-founder and president of the Human
Potential Foundation. This was established in 1989, and conducted
research into all conditions of humankind: physiological, psychological
and spiritual, to assist the individual to achieve the highest levels of
human potential in body, mind and spirit in order to compete and cooperate
at personal excellence throughout life. Prior to this position he was
Special Assistant to Senator Claiborne Pell from January 1985 until March
1991. Retiring as a Commander in the U.S. Navy, approximately half of his
thirty-year naval career was spent in intelligence service overseas and in
the United States. In post-navy careers he has taught at the university
level and worked in the private sector research and development community
involved in U.S. government sponsored projects for the Defense Nuclear
Agency, Defense Intelligence Agency, U.S. Army Intelligence and Security
Command, and other organizations.
Human Potential Foundation
In 1989, he
and Senator Claiborne Pell co-founded the Human Potential Foundation that
was involved in a number of research projects. These included a joint
effort with the Chinese Academy of Somatic Science in Beijing, in
accelerated bone healing using qi gong; a sponsored symposium conducted by
Russian medical scientists on psychoanalytical and psychocorrection
computer technologies; a survey of attitudes of medical professionals
toward death and the dying process and how these are translated into
decisions about treatment of critical and terminal patients; the
translation from Chinese of the book: Collected Works on Qi Gong
Science.
Under the Center for Interspecies
Communications, the Foundation conducted Projects Neptune Helper I and II,
dolphin research with Atlantic Bottlenose and Spotted dolphins.
A major
two-year program funded by Laurance Rockefeller was completed with an
international conference, When Cosmic Cultures Meet, in Washington,
D.C. in May 1995. At the conference a wide spectrum of academic
disciplines and interests assessed the implications, preparations and
responses for the time when there is no ambiguity about the understanding
that higher intelligences from cosmic cultures are meeting.
In November
1998, the Human Potential Foundation was dissolved and its principal
undertaking, a global peace initiative, transferred to the newly
established Peace and Emergency Action Coalition for Earth, Inc.

Joyce
Libutti (Documentary - Odyssey)
is a native New Yorker who spent several years as a flight attendant
before moving to Paris where she developed a deep interest in
metaphysics and traveled the world. After raising her three
children she moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico. She founded her
production company, Saint Germain Productions, with a focus on the
development of uplifting feature films and documentaries based on
metaphysical, spiritual and inspirational themes. She has sought
to constantly renew her life by "thinking outside the box."
After having seen a film called
Touched which focused on alien abduction, Joyce was inspired to
produce a documentary presenting "the other side of the story " by way
of her own experiences with phenomena and extraterrestrial beings of
benevolent nature who are technologically advanced and spiritually
evolved. Her films address the possibility of coexistence of an
ethereal nature that is presented in a manner of benevolence, devoid of
agenda other than our willingness to release personal prejudice,
self-absorption and manipulative dishonesty that only serves to further
erode the stability of our planet. Her documentaries raise the
question of how much further we can go as a race, without outside
assistance, to bring about positive planetary changes that begin within
our very selves.

Jesse Marcel,
Jr., MD
is the son of the first military officer on the scene of the Roswell UFO
crash of 1947 and is the most recognized first-hard witness to the
events of that time. His father, Jesse Marcel Sr.,
reported bringing home parts of the wreckage the he and Jesse, Jr.
examined. This wreckage included a piece of metal that when
balled up or it's shape was changed it would expand back to it's
original form as well as several structural pieces known as” I- beams”
which had hieroglyphic symbols.
He has steadfastly repeated his recollection of that time
in numerous interviews and wrote about his experiences then and since in
the book, The Roswell Legacy. He is one of 200 witnesses to
the events of July 1947, but his story has received international
attention in no small part because Dr. Marcel, Jr. has led an exemplary
life and his integrity is without question.
Education: His
pre-med undergraduate work was
accomplished at Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana
followed by LSU School of Medicine at New Orleans, Louisiana graduating
in July of 1961 with a degree in medicine. His internship
was done at the Charity Hospital, New Orleans, Louisiana.
Dr. Marcel joined the US Navy in 1962 and was assigned to
the USS Renville (APA 227) and shortly there after participated in the
Cuban Missile Crisis attached to combat units as member of ship's
company. The Renville then sailed for West Pac and then to the
South East Pacific Area where it participated in combat training in case
of enemy attack on the ship. After the West Pac tour, he completed
specialty training in Otolaryngology at the Naval Hospital, San Diego,
California. He retired from the Navy in July of 1971 and entered
private practice in Helena, Montana. He then joined the
Montana Army National Guard in 1973, went through helicopter flight
training as a flight surgeon at Ft. Rucker, Alabama earning his wings in
1981. During his career in the National Guard, he was appointed
State Surgeon of the State of Montana and retired from the military the
second time in August of 1996 on his 60th birthday. Dr. Marcel was
called back to active duty in Iraq in October of 2004 shortly after his
68th birthday and consequently served as a flight surgeon for the 189th
Attack Helicopter Battalion flying 225 hrs of combat while in country
being discharged again from active duty in December of 2005 to the Ready
Reserve.
He currently
employed as a specialist in Otolaryngology at the Veterans
Administration Hospital, Ft. Harrison, Montana

Rob Simone
after
more than 10 years as an independent researcher and research
analyst into many areas of paranormal and unexplained
phenomenon, Rob earned a legal degree, moved to Sedona Arizona
in the late 1990's and began working for the civil activist
organization, Citizens Against UFO Secrecy (CAUS) and its
director, Peter Gersten. His work involved liaisons
with many other research groups, coordination of media, direct
contact with witnesses, abductees, government insiders and
high-level military officials whose stories can now be told.
CAUS
was the first UFO organization to use the legal system by
bringing lawsuits against the Department of Defense and the Air
Force to expose the government's cover-up of the
extraterrestrial phenomenon.
CAUS was featured regularly on Art Bell and countless other
radio and TV programs nationally and internationally for the
organization’s use of the legal system to end the government’s
secrecy and cover up of the extra-terrestrial phenomenon.
Rob has traveled through 27 countries exploring
the most mysterious and sacred places on Earth and the
un-explained phenomenon that surrounds them during
a 3 year trip around the world. He
investigated local, cultural and historical links to the
unexplained, paranormal and extraterrestrial components of many
ancient civilizations and belief systems. This included
gathering first-hand accounts from indigenous peoples and tribal
elders of unexplained and paranormal components of ancient
civilizations and the historical links to the major religions
and belief systems. A special focus of Rob's research is
on the ET/supernatural aspects of Islam and the origins of the
Holy Koran.
Rob has hosted radio shows in
Australia, Katmandu Nepal on HBC FM, and currently in London
England on 104.4 FM where he talks with the most interesting
people on the planet.
He was recently included in FATE Magazine's
Top 100 Ufologists
along with Dan Aykroyd, Zecharia Sitchin and Steven Spielberg.
He is Executive Director of Universal Sound and Light
Productions and founder of The Association of Independent
Researchers (AIR).
He now lives in Los Angeles where he continues to produce radio
and television projects related to the field. Rob has been
