	Gildas Bourdais (France) is a French researcher, author of five books, published from 1994 to 2004, with a book to be published in the fall of 2007. He has also written articles in English for the MUFON UFO Journal and International UFO Reporter among others. Other articles by Mr. Bourdais, published only in French, have dealt with different topics, among which: Roswell, Mogul and the book of Karl Pflock; the ET Hypothesis; abductions; cattle mutilations; the Alien agenda; Kenneth Arnold; Jacques Vallée and the Pentacle Memo; Rendlesham; and Varginha. He and has been a speaker in several conferences, starting in Brazil in 1997, and in France, Italy, Great Britain, the United States and Ireland. He is particularly known for his summary of the COMETA Report, which was initially circulated in late 1999. Gildas Bourdais was born in 1939, studied Business administration (HEC, in 1962), worked in technical publishing, and lives near Paris. He became interested in extraterrestrial-related phenomena, first by reading the books of French author Aimé Michel in the 60’s, and the books of Dr. J. Allen Hynek and Jacques Vallée in the 70’s. He became an active researcher only at the end of the 80’s, after becoming aware of new developments at that time, especially regarding Roswell, UFO secrecy, abductions and cattle mutilations. 	Thomas J. Carey is a native Philadelphian and resides in Huntingdon Valley, PA. He holds degrees from Temple University [BS] and California State University, Sacramento [MA] and also attended the University of Toronto [PhD Programme in Anthropology]. Now a Philadelphia area businessman, Tom has been a Mutual UFO Network [MUFON] State Section Director [1986 – 2002] in Southeastern Pennsylvania, a Special Investigator for the J. Allen Hynek Center for UFO Studies [1991-2001], and a member of the CUFOS Board of Directors [1997-2001]. Tom began investigating aspects of the “Roswell Incident” in 1991 for the Roswell investigative team of Kevin Randle and Don Schmitt, and, since 1998, has teamed exclusively with Don Schmitt to continue a proactive investigation. Tom has authored or co-authored over thirty published articles about the Roswell events of 1947 and has contributed to a number of books on the subject, as well. 	Paul Davids is a leading expert on the history of the Hollywood connection to science fiction and extraterrestrial-related phenomena. He was executive producer and co-writer of the Showtime film “Roswell,” starring Martin Sheen and Kyle MacLachlan, nominated for a Golden Globe as Best Television Motion Picture of 1994. Though always interested in science-fiction, the UFO issue is a matter of science fact for him, ever since a widely reported 1987 daylight sighting. In 1996 he was guest speaker at the banquet for the 50^th anniversary of the White Sands Missile Range Pioneers, where he spoke about The Roswell Incident, and he has produced numerous informational programs about UFO’s. Paul began in television as segment producer for F. Lee Bailey’s “Lie Detector” in 1983, and then from 1985 to 1987 he served as production coordinator for about 80 episodes of the phenomenally popular “Transformers” animated TV show, most of which Rhino has released on DVD. (He was also writer of some of the episodes). 	Richard Dolan studied history, English, and philosophy as an undergraduate at Alfred University. His deep passion for the discipline of history resulted in a scholarship to study at Oxford University and a near miss for a Rhodes Scholarship. He chose instead to do graduate work at the University of Rochester, where he focused on German and Soviet studies before moving on to American Cold War diplomacy. Not wanting to teach, he left academia to write. In 1994 he became interested in the UFO problem, approaching it from the angle of history and politics. He was intrigued by the cultural schizophrenia - the fact that mainstream and academic culture (official culture) continued to treat UFOs as amusement, but that so many intelligent people privately had taken it seriously. Throughout 1995, 1996, and 1997 he conducted a systematic bibliographic search, hunting down the many out-of-print books and UFO documents released over the years through the Freedom of Information Act. He found the amount of information nearly overwhelming. A detailed chronology of relevant events was prepared in advance of writing his critically acclaimed book, UFOs and the National Security State: Chronology of a Coverup, 1947-1973. 	C. Richard Farley, Jr. served in the early 1990s as Director of Project Development for the nonprofit Human Potential Foundation, Inc. (HPF), chaired by then-Senator Claiborne I. Pell (D-RI), at the time Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. The HPF was funded primarily by HRH Prince Hans Adam II of Leichtenstein and by the late philanthropist, Laurance S. Rockefeller. The foundation was the principal funding conduit between Mr. Rockefeller and the late Dr. John Mack for Dr. Mack's research into "alien abductions," and Farley was the liaison between the HPF and Dr. Mack's organization at Harvard. 	Steven M. Greer, MD is the Founder and Director of the Disclosure Project. 	Paola Harris (Italy) is an Italo-American photojournalist and investigative reporter in the field of extraterrestrial related phenomena research. She is also a widely published, free-lance writer, especially in Europe. She has studied extraterrestrial related phenomena since 1979 and is on personal terms with many of the leading researchers in the field. From 1980-1986 she assisted Dr. J. Allen Hynek with his UFO investigations and has interviewed many top military witnesses concerning their involvement in the government truth embargo. She is a long time collaborator with Dr. Roberto Pinotti, Director of the Centro Ufologico Nationale (CUN). In 1997, Ms. Harris met and interviewed Col. Philip Corso in Roswell, New Mexico and became a personal friend and confidante. She was instrumental in having his book The Day After Roswell, for which she wrote the preface, translated into Italian. 	J. Antonio Huneeus (Chile) is a Chilean-American science journalist and internationally known researcher of extraterrestrial-related phenomena. When Laurance S. Rockefeller commissioned Marie Galbraith and Sandra S. Wright to assemble a report on the best evidence for UFOs to send members of Congress and selected VIPs worldwide in the mid-90s, Huneeus was one of the co-authors (with Don Berliner and M. Galbraith). This report was published as a Dell paperback under the title of UFO Briefing Document: The Best Available Evidence. He has covered the field from an international perspective as a science journalist, investigator and lecturer during the past 24 years. His articles have appeared in a variety of newspapers, magazines and journals in the Americas, Europe and Japan. 	Paul Kimball After winning multiple scholarships and awards - including University Medals in History at both Acadia University and the University of Dundee, and the CLB Award at Dalhousie Law School - Paul graduated from Acadia in 1989 with an Honours Degree in History and Political Science, and in 1992 from Dalhousie with an LL.B. After working for the Nova Scotia Film Development Corporation and Salter Street Films, and as a consultant on film and television to the governments of Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland, Paul founded Redstar Films Limited in 1999. 	Dr. Bruce Maccabee spent his early years in Rutland, Vt. After high school he studied physics at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, Mass (BS) and then at The American University, Washington, DC (MS, PhD, physics). In 1972 he commenced his long career at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, presently headquartered at Dahlgren, Virginia. He has worked on optical data processing, generation of underwater sound with lasers, various aspects of the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) and Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) using high power lasers and is presently involved in a program related to Homeland Security. Bruce Maccabee has been active in UFO research since late 1960s when he joined the National Investigations Committee on Aerial Phenomena (NICAP) and was active in research and investigation for NICAP until its demise in 1980. He became a member of MUFON in 1975 and was subsequently appointed to the position of state Director for Maryland, a position he still holds. In 1979 he was instrumental in establishing the Fund for UFO Research and was the chairman for 13 years. He presently serves on the National Board of the Fund. His UFO research and investigations (which are completely unrelated to his Navy work) have included the Kenneth Arnold sighting (Jun 24, 1947), the McMinnville, Oregon (Trent) photos of 1950, the Gemini 11 astronaut photos of September, 1966, the New Zealand sightings of December, 1978, the Japan Airlines (JAL1628) sighting of November 1986, the numerous sightings that occurred in the area around Gulf Breeze Florida between 1987 and 1997 (a period of time that includes his own sighting in Gulf Breeze in September, 1991), the Mexico City video of August, 1997, the Phoenix lights sightings of March 13, 1997 (the videos obtained at about 10 pm) and many others. He has also done historical research and was the first to obtain the flying disc file of the FBI (the REAL X-Files!). Dr. Maccabee is the author or coauthor of about three dozen technical articles and more than a hundred UFO articles over the last 30 years, including many which appeared in the MUFON Journal and MUFON Symposium proceedings. He wrote the last chapter of The Gulf Breeze Sightings by Edward and Frances Walters (Morrow, 1990). He wrote the UFO history chapter of the book UFOs: Zeugen und Zeichen, published in Germany in 1995. He is co-author with Edward Walters of UFOs Are Real, Here's The Proof, (Avon Books, 1997), he is the author of The UFO/FBI Connection (Llewellyn Books, May, 2000) and the author of the novel, Abduction in My Life (Granite Publishing, 2001). He is listed in Who's Who in Technology Today and American Men and Women of Science. The January/February 2005 issue of the peer-reviewed Journal of the British Interplanetary Society (JBIS) published an article titled Inflation-Theory Implications for Extraterrestrial Visitation. Dr. Deardorff was the lead author along with Dr. Bernard Haisch, Dr. Bruce Maccabee and Dr. Hal Puthoff. The paper reassessed the ETH in light of the new physics and included references to the posture and actions of the U.S. Air Force. 2005 Recipient of the PRG Courage in Journalism Award	Jaime Maussan (Mexico) rose to prominence related to ET issues beginning with the 1991 events in Mexico that have had extraordinary implications for exopolitics. Perhaps the greatest sightings flap in history has occurred just outside the borders of the United States. An entire nation was given an intense indoctrination into extraterrestrial-related phenomena. The Mexican military and civilian government became involved. The July 1991 solar eclipse, which passed over Mexico, was the beginning of a wave of mass sightings. Thousands of people across Mexico witnessed and video recorded night lights and daylight disks.. 	Robert D. Miles is an experienced author, screenwriter, producer, director, cameraman, and media professional with a thirty-five year track record of successfully doing business with a number of America’s largest and most prestigious entertainment and business corporations. 	Nick Pope (UK) worked at the United Kingdom Ministry of Defence since 1985. He's undertaken a series of jobs within the Department, including work in the Joint Operations Centre during the Gulf War, where he was a briefer in the Air Force Operations Room. He was involved in work on the crises in Bosnia and Kosovo. He was a Senior Executive Officer, which is a civilian grade equivalent to the military rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He left the employ of the MoD in 2006 and now does private research. Between 1991 and 1994, Nick was posted to a division called Secretariat (Air Staff) and given the job of researching and investigating the UFO phenomenon, mirroring the work done in the U.S. by the Air Force's Project Blue Book in the 1960's. Although most of the cases could be explained as misidentifications of known objects and phenomena, a hard core of sightings defied any conventional explanation. Strong evidence emerged suggesting the presence of structured craft capable of speeds and maneuvers beyond the capability of even the most advanced prototype craft operated by the Royal Air Force or the United States Air Force. Nick's unique access to new data and previous government files convinced him the UFO phenomenon raised serious defense and national security issues. There were numerous instances where UFOs had been tracked on radar, leading to jets being scrambled. There were also cases with terrifying near-misses between UFOs and civilian aircraft. All this led him to believe that an extraterrestrial explanation for some sightings could not be ruled out. His official investigations into UFOs drew him into other mysteries such as alien abductions, crop circles and cattle mutilations. Upon leaving the Ministry's UFO project (which continues), he continued his research and investigations privately and is now recognized as a leading researcher into both governmental and phenomenological aspects of the extraterrestrial controversy. 	Captain Robert Salas (USAF retired) was witness to one of the most important and implicative incidents ever to occur in the United States involving an unidentified flying object - the 1967 nuclear missile shutdown at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana. Capt. Salas served on active duty with the U.S. Air Force for seven years after graduation from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1964. He served at Tyndall AFB, Florida before his assignment at Maelstrom in 1966. He earned a masters degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. He also worked with the Titan III Missile Systems program office at Los Angeles AFS. After being honorably discharged from the Air Force in 1971, Mr. Salas briefly worked as an engineer for Martin-Marietta Aerospace and Rockwell International. From 1974 until his retirement in 1995, Mr. Salas worked for the Federal Aviation Administration as an aircraft structures engineer. He is currently employed as a high school mathematics teacher. 	Dr. Michael Salla Dr. Salla lost his status at American University and his projects were denied renewal as a direct result of his participation in X-Conference 2004. This is just one more disgrace in a long history of head-in-the-sand denial by the entire American academic community regarding extraterrestrial-related phenomena. Michael has the courage and integrity to follow the information wherever it leads. American University is perfectly situated to be a leader in the development in exopolitics. The opportunity was and is there to break new ground, to make a difference. American University took a pass. Michael is a pioneer in the development of exopolitics, the scholarly study of the main actors, institutions and processes associated with an extraterrestrial presence that is not acknowledged to the general public, elected officials or the mass media. 	Donald R. Schmitt is the former co-director of the J. Allen Hynek Center for UFO Studies (CUFOS), where he served as the director of special investigations for 10 years. Before that, he worked as a special investigator for the late Dr. J. Allen Hynek and as the art director for the International UFO Reporter. He is a graduate of Concordia University and the author of dozens of articles about UFOs, as well as the co-author of three books, UFO Crash at Roswell, The Truth About the UFO Crash at Roswell and Witness to Roswell. 	Daniel Sheehan, JD is a graduate of Harvard Law School, a founder of the Christic Institute, and a Professor of World Politics at the University of California. Mr. Sheehan has a long and distinguished history in public interest service. He co-founded with Sara Nelson the Christic Institute in Washington, DC, which for nearly two decades was the country's preeminent public-interest law firm. The Christic Institute was directly responsible for surfacing and prosecuting the unconstitutional conduct of George Bush, along with senior and numerous members of his administration in the Iran/Contra scandal during the 1980s. They also co-directed the Karen Silkwood case (which stopped the construction of all new private nuclear power stations in the United States from 1979); the Three-Mile Island case (which stopped the Federal Nuclear Regulatory Commission from dumping the radioactive waste materials from the damaged Three-Mile Island Nuclear Facility into the Susquehanna River); and the American Sanctuary Movement case (which declared unconstitutional the efforts of the Reagan/Bush Administration to deport legitimate political refugees from the United States back to El Salvador or Guatemala). Dan also served as legal counsel to the New York Times in the Pentagon Papers case and represented Fathers Daniel Berrigan and Phil Berrigan during their Viet Nam activism. Mr. Sheehan was the Director of the Strategic Initiative to Identify the New Paradigm launched by President Mikhail Gorbachev’s State of the World Forum in San Francisco. In 1994 Dan defended Dr. John Mack before an review panel of the Harvard Medical School in the wake of Mack's book Abduction: Human Encounters With Aliens. 	Alfred L. Webre, JD (Canada) a futurist, peace advocate and environmental activist, is the father of Exopolitics. When "exopolitics" is formally (academically) recognized as the term describing the political and social intersection of the human race with extraterrestrial-related phenomena and ultimately extraterrestrial beings, the primary origin of this enormously important nomenclature will be attributed to Alfred Lambremont Webre.
