Dear Senator:

Paradigm Research Group will hold its Sixth X-Conference May 7-9 at the National Press Club, Main Ballroom, 13^th Floor, 529 14^th Street, NW, Washington, DC.  This event is an integral part of PRG’s advocacy work aiming to change government policy toward extraterrestrial-related phenomena.   Since 1947 the United States has imposed a "truth embargo" on formal acknowledgement of an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race.  This engagement has been confirmed by a mountain of evidence compiled by hundreds of researchers over six decades including testimony from scores of government witnesses.  

As with past years PRG extends an invitation to you or members of your staff to attend the X-Conference and gain firsthand information regarding the most important issue of this or any other time.   Also, this year the event and following press conference will be broadcast live on the Internet and archived for two weeks so you can watch any and all of the conference and press conference at your convenience.

By intention the United States Congress has not been kept informed of the extraterrestrial issue by the military/intelligence managers of the phenomena and this includes the select committees on intelligence.  Consequently the Congress is essentially out of the loop and not on a “need to know” basis with great potential for harm to this branch of government. 

If you take the time to review the websites listed below, you will quickly ascertain the issue being addressed by the PRG and the X-Conference is both real and imperative.  The United States Congress cannot continue to be in the dark and passive on this matter.   Only a proactive, self-educating policy by those members with the necessary courage and independence of mind can reverse this circumstance.  Let the X-Conference be your introduction to the most profound transitional issue in history.
