Advance Registration   You may register in advance for lectures, special event, cocktail parties and the banquet via the internet, mail or phone.  You may also register at the X-Conference.

Lectures/Panels:  45, 60 and 90 minutes in length with admission via Day Pass - Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Friday "Meet the Speakers" Cocktail Party:  Admission via Party Ticket
Saturday Banquet: Dinner, Keynote Speakers, PRG Awards and special guests with admission via Banquet Ticket.

Hotel: You book your room directly through the Hilton Gaithersburg.  (Important!)  In order to get the X-Conference room rate, you must refer to X-Conference

Refund Policy: There will be no refunds after March 31, 2009.  Cancel hotel room reservations directly with the hotel.  All lecture speakers when listed on the website are confirmed.  Paradigm Research Group is not responsible for subsequent speaker cancellations.   If a lecture speaker does cancel, he or she will be replaced.

Friday Night "Meet the Speakers Cocktail Party" and Documentary
$30 Party Ticket provides a chance to get a head start on the conference and interact with many of these extraordinary men and women who will soon very likely change your world.  Enjoy hors d'oeuvres, wine and soft drinks with libations from a cash bar.  After the cocktail party there is a film documentary for attendees.

Saturday Night Banquet
$70 - Banquet Ticket  dinner (with vegetarian option), the PRG Awards, Keynote Speakers and special guests.  Seating is limited and could sellout.  Advance ticket purchase is recommended.

 So that as many attendees as possible can stay at the Hilton, if you do not need two beds, please request a single-bed reservation.  Thanks.
Parking - there is unlimited free parking so East Coast out-of-town attendees can really save by car/van pooling with friends.
Taxis - about $70 from all airports (Reagan National, Dulles, Baltimore/Washington).   Same cost as the shuttle if you split a fare.
Airport Shuttle Services - reasonably priced shuttle service from all 3 area airports (Reagan, Dulles, BWI).

Important Note:  If you arrive via Reagan National (DCA), you can take the Metro to Shady Grove (last stop on the Red Line) and call for a free shuttle to the Hilton 301-977-8900.  About 50 minutes.
