Clarifications:
 

As always the following clarifications are not intended as criticism of the Daily Express or Jon Austin. This is an excellent article going deeper into the unfolding story than most of the U.S. print media at this time.

-- Naturally PRG does not and cannot guarantee a Disclosure event this year. However, in repeated interviews PRG has tried to convey just how close is that outcome and what is driving the process.
 

-- PRG tries to encourage the use of "extraterrestrials" rather than "aliens," but understands the latter has much time in grade.
 

-- PRG never says ETs have met with world leaders. That has not been proven. PRG usually says it is possible and would not be surprising and add it would be a difficult post-Disclosure admission. 
 

-- Stated more elegantly, PRG is not in the business of electing anyone to the presidency. It's work is seeking Disclosure as soon as possible. That has to come from the President, and the president is Barack Obama.  Secretary Clinton is at the center of the developing story due to her historical connection to the Rockefeller Initiative (1993-1996) and her desire to be the 45th President of the United States.
