Mr. President, we want to take this unique opportunity to reach you early on about something potentially deeper and more important than even the financial crisis or the War on Terror. I am talking about the culture of lies in Washington, where truth is suppressed for political and personal gain. You have a mandate from the American people to do business differently. You have promised to level with us about the hard choices we will face together. You have promised to tell us the truth, and you come to us not a moment too soon.

Mr. President – Tell us the Truth about the extraterrestrial presence on this planet and release as much relevant information to the American people as possible within reasonable constraints of national security. It is time for the people of the world to know the truth about the universe they inhabit.

Maintaining the veil of secrecy regarding the extraterrestrial presence has cost the United States untold fortunes, but more importantly has undermined our faith in government and has led to abuses of secrecy and power. How many hundreds of billions of dollars have fallen off the CBO radar screen in black projects with no federal legislative oversight? As you go through the Federal Budget line by line, what will you do when you reach these items? Some previous Presidents may have found themselves at the same crossroads, willing in theory to pursue a path of disclosure, but were unwilling to tackle the layers of intelligence obstacles put in their way. They may have felt the political cost was too high. What will you do? You may be told “Curiosity on the part of the President is not sufficient to warrant an answer to your inquiry”. That will be the real test of your presidency - behind closed doors, with possibly only your closest advisors knowing your response. Or – we will all know, because you have courage, and you have faith in the strength of the American People to handle the Truth, and you will tell the world.

It is time.

Do not accept “no” for an answer Mr. President – There is NOTHING that should be hidden from you as our representative. Nothing. No exceptions. There will obviously be valid national security items that must be safeguarded and non-disclosed for our safety. We trust you to keep us safe Mr. President, and we will accept whatever non-disclosures you feel are necessary. But we need the basic Truth disclosed now.

Until this “Truth Embargo” is ended there will be no public access to technologies derived from extraterrestrial vehicles in this critical time of mounting economic and environmental challenges. Now is the time to release into the public domain extraterrestrial-derived technologies, secretly studied and reverse engineered for sixty years, which are now essential to overcome the environmental, economic and social challenges of our time.

Have faith in us Mr. President, as we have demonstrated our faith in you.

We can handle it.

Rather, what is required is disclosure by our President to the American people of the history of contact. This has recently been done officially in France and unofficially in Canada. Only a desire to keep the American public in a state of powerlessness and fear would prevent the President from disclosure. Time to open the book, Mr. Obama.

Not only that, but solutions to many of the problems that we are experiencing currently may be at hand as the result of ET tech. There has been a consistent practice of ridicule and denial regarding this matter and finally the truth is beginning to come out.

If true, their technology could solve many of our problems. Give amnesty to those who have committed crimes while participating in the cover-up and then start with a clean slate. It would also not shock us if we found there were other beings that were more advanced than we are. Disclosure will save our government and the other governments of the world, billions of dollars in cover-up costs and possibly help to insure in the future a closer trust in all the governments world wide by their respective citizenry. If we don't do it soon some other government will and take all the kudos for being honest about it. Our own NASA has, today, as much as said that there's life on Mars by saying the methane haze there is being generated from microbial life. All that reverse engineering can go a long way to solving the economic problems. Disclosure would also cool the heels of belligerent and aggressive countries as well.

The ET sources have very high tech means to generate high level power and we should have that available as we are burden with the outrageous costs now for power and petroleum sources of energy. We could have mass transits systems running on cheaper power and the grid which is deteriorating needs to come down and local power plants utilized. Cars can run on power from ET sources we have read also. Homes will be small power plants that can sell excess power to the local grids.

MrIvan 1/14/2009 11:47 PM	I have had a fantasy on how disclosure might take place... President Obama summons Marine-1 and several other helicopters to the airport at Los Vegas Nevada. On board is a small detachment of armed Marines; in that and the other copters are an assortment of news people with live cameras, linked by radio to satellites and broadcasting a live feed. No one is told of the destination of these copters until they are in the air. The president orders the copters to fly to the military installation at Groom Lake, the one often called “Area 51”. There is no warning until the copters are about to cross into the secure zone surrounding the installation. Upon landing, the president demands to see the commanding officer of the installation and immediately be given a “grand tour”, with the media in tow, and informs him that the Top Secret status of the installation has been revoked. Should the Officer refuse access, he would be reminded that the entire intelligence apparatus of the United States serves at the pleasure of the President. If he does not grant immediate access, he could be placed under arrest. The cameras carry the grand tour on live television. And the people of the United States breath a sigh of relief.

My grandmother in the late 1800's with my great grandfather and a neighbor in South Dakota witnessed a cigar shaped craft with blue lights flying near them. At that time in history you would not be able to fake that. Because of the family connection I have done research and keep an open mind. So please release information about this subject.

Maybe a couple years ago when people had jobs and a house, and not too many worries let alone our biggest today of just putting food on the table, the disclosure would freak a lot of people out. But take a look around everything is going down the tubes, disclosure can be a new focus if properly done and maybe help our current economic environment. We need the testimony from the likes of legal counsel Daniel Sheehan, ex-FAA chief John Callahan, ex-pilot and Gov. Fife Symington on the record. During the 1942 Battle of Los Angeles the military instituted a mandatory black out of the entire city of LA & fired 1400+ Anti-Aircraft rounds at a single, quoting the military, "unidentified aircraft." This lasted for more than an hour. Despite numerous confirmed hits the craft remained airborne and eventually flew off without ever being identified. (Read the 1942 LA times article [rense.com]). In 1948 green fireballs were seen over the south-western skies of the US near nuclear weapons research sites. Famous meteoriticist Dr. Lincoln La Paz declared they weren't normal meteors. In 1949 the USAF started Project Twinkle [wikipedia.org] under the direction of Dr. Anythony Mirachi. The study concluded in a now declassified report that cinetheodolites had tracked 4 objects traveling at an "altitude of ~150K ft" (~28.5 miles!), were "30 ft. in diameter", & traveling at an "undeterminable, yet high speed." Mirachi went on to later criticize a Time magazine article that claimed there was no proof to support the existence of UFOs. Mirachi wrote, "There was too much evidence in favor of saucers to say they could have all been balloons. 'I was conducting the main investigation. The government had to depend on me or my branch for information.' He said he didn't see how the Navy could say there had been no concrete evidence of the phenomena." (see here [8k.com] for more details) Also in 1948 Dr. J. Allen Hynek, a self-proclaimed skeptic, joined Project Blue Book as a scientific adviser. By 1969 when Blue Book was shutdown Hynek did an about face. He wrote several books, particularly, "The Hynek UFO Report" which repeatedly stated that the attitude of Blue Book was, "it can't be therefore it isn't." He also gave an interview, available on YouTube [youtube.com], where he said, "I was there at Blue Book and I know the job they had. They were told not to excite the public, don't rock the boat, & I saw it [with] my own eyes. ... The cases that were very difficult to explain they would jump handsprings to keep the media away from that." He later went on to found the Center for UFO Studies (CUFOS). July 13 - 29th of 1952, over the skies of Washington DC, numerous UFOs were seen by observers on the ground, in the air, & tracked on radar. The situation escalated & General Samford, the Director of Intelligence of the USAF, held an emergency press conference. When asked by a reporters what people were seeing he suggested the lights on the ground may have looked like they were in the air because inversions act like an "air lens" & bend light rays. Dustin D. 1/15/2009 2:44 PM	In 1969 an Air Force scientific report titled "Quantitative Aspects of Mirages [cohenufo.org]" (Menkello, F. G. Report No. 6112, USAF, Environmental Technical Applications Center) made it clear inversions strong enough to create the visual effect described during the 1952 press-conference could not exist in earth's atmosphere. 1956 at Bentwater/Lakenheath an object was sighted by several military officers on the ground while simultaneously tracked on radar at 2 different stations. The object moved at ~4000 mph and was monitored for several hours during which two planes were scrambled. When the 1st DeHavilland Venom locked on to the object the UFO shot to the rear of the plane. The pilot tried evasive maneuvers, couldn't break free & eventually had to return to base to refuel. The 2nd plane encountered mechanical difficulties as it flew within range of the object. The US sponsored Condon Report had this to say, "In conclusion, although conventional or natural explanations certainly cannot be ruled out, the probability of such seems low in this case and the probability that at least one genuine UFO was involved appears fairly high. [ufologie.net]" Astronaut Gordon Cooper claimed he saw his 1st UFO while flying over W. Germany in 1952. During 1957 while filming at Edwards AFB he stated he saw a UFO land in the CA flats and that the film was confiscated by the military. It's hard to imagine what Cooper would hope to gain from such a story. If you listen to his tone in this interview [google.com]. I think you'll agree when I say he doesn't sound particularly excitable. On 1986 flight JAL-1628 there were 3 air-visuals of a UFO the size of an aircraft carrier, 1 air & 2 ground radar confs. This lasted for 30 minutes. Also the FAA chief John Callahan [abovetopsecret.com] admitted he gave the flight data to Reagan's scientific staff & said afterwards he was sworn to secrecy by the CIA. Astronaut Buzz Aldrin on 11/24/2007 made an appearance on Larry King Live (youtube vid [youtube.com]) and said that as the panels were floating away from Apollo 11 that he, Armstrong, and Collins tracked a point of light in space, that wasn't a star, that was moving and changing directions. In 1952 naval photographer, Delbert Newhouse, video-taped a flotilla of UFOs [ufologie.net] while with his wife & 2 small children. He recorded several minutes worth of color video footage. When handed to the USAF it was instantly classified Top Secret. The 1st analysis concluded they were not balloons, aircraft, & unlikely to be birds. The 2nd analysis by USN Photo Interpretation Lab at Navy's Anacostia facilities was the culmination of a ~1000 man hours of work. There was almost complete consensus it couldn't be birds because there was no fluttering. The P.I.L representative suggested they weren't birds, balloons, aircraft, were "not reflections because there was no blinking while passing through 60 degrees of arc" & were, therefore, "self-luminous."
Dustin D. 1/15/2009 2:45 PM	The third group to analyze the film led by the CIA, the Robertson panel, conceded to Dr. Thornton Page's analysis. His argument was that the images on the film looked similar to seagulls he had seen near his home. This simple ten-second analysis became the official explanation. In 1969 Page lamented the "excessive levity [cufon.org]" he brought to the Panel's proceeding and how he later thought the UFO subject deserved serious scrutiny. So in conclusion these accounts demonstrate: that there is something unidentified in our airspace. Project Twinkle definitively proves this. it's likely more than just a simple aerial/weather phenomena. The 1956 Bentwater sighting, the 1976 Iranian F16 encounter [nsa.gov], & the 1942 Battle of Los Angeles strongly suggest intelligence. and, in recent years we're seeing many instances where people who have worked in high-ranking positions in the government are whistle-blowing (FAA Chief Callahan, Astronaut Cooper, Blue Book Dir. Ruppelt, Astronaut Aldrin, Blue Book Scientific adviser Hynek, Lt. Col. Daniel Mcgovern, Gov. Fife Symington, Vice-Admiral Roscoe H. Hillenkoetter [phils.com.au], etc) & they're largely being ignored even though many of them have publicly stated they're willing to testify under oath before congress.
