I think that it is definitely time for full disclosure on UFOs and the extraterrestrial presence on earth.

The United States needs to meet formally with spirtually oriented aliens who have already made contact with people of Earth . Spiritual aliens will require that the United States forsake technologies dedicated to destruction. The radio station was told to stop airing the announcement by the government.
   No one thought this was funny? They kept it a secret up until the government couldn't touch them. When the were old and wanted the truth to come out they told it like it really was. A UFO crash. testimony came out all over the place. they weren't afraid of the government any more. The Roswell crash is the largest documented event ever, and the government wants us to believe it took large amount of military to carry this little weather balloon on a B-29. to Fort Worth Texas.
  The 509th bomber group in Roswell was the only atomic air wing in the world! These guys were the "BEST OF THE BEST".  Right there should have ended the conversation!
These men were the highest trained military we had in our country! Combat vets, science
officers. They saw weather balloons launch nearly every day. And you want me to believe these officers suddenly became dumber than bricks!  How stupid do you really think the American people are? Come clean and release the full documents. This is to important to keep from America.

Since 2003, from the Panhandle to Arkansas, down through Central Texas, to Houston, Bryan, and Huntsville, I have watched the nightly VTOL (vertical take-offs and landing) ascents and descents of craft, which travel horizontally and usually without sound. These are disguised with the red & blue flashing lights of normal aircraft once aloft. Why are cities all around Texas being surrounded by these aloft 'monitors'? People can and will deal with the truth, but the lies and illusions must STOP.

End the cosmic  Watergate now.  The general public is ready for ufo disclosure and the E T presence known to all Americans.

I know in my heart that this is the most important issue in the world. What a challenge is about to come for you and your leaders as for the world;  might you and your leaders be Blessed and guided to lead with righteousness this wonderful country.  Elected President Barack Obama,  I know UFOs and extraterrestrial beings exist, they are many different species too, I have seen their spaceships,  I have seen them and being with them too; the ones that I met, look exactly like us but more technological and physically evolved, I have been in their spaceships and they have visited me too on a few occasions in the past. It is a reality that someday we have to face with wisdom, truth, cooperation and peace. This would be an excellent place to start telling the truth! Tell us where our tax dollars go. Keep us informed about our military spending. Remove the "National Security" label from all UFO documentation. Data is king in my life, research is worthless without good data and it is so obvious that a poorly investigated phenomenon (UFOs) is suffering from an obviously intentional cover-up.

I support National Security issues. We need to have some secrets as I am not naive enough to believe that all governments on this planet wish our nation well but in over 50 years I have not been privy to one report that a UFO took out an American city. However I would like to point out that twice I have seen a TV program on the technology we have developed from reverse engineering a crashed UFO found in the New Mexico desert by our government. I think the "Disclosure Project" must be implemented in our society, I am very sure that the people of the United States are more than ready to hear the truth. My fellow Americans, I understand the desire that some of you have who believe that there may be amazing scientific knowledge locked and secret in some government archive.   Some folks seem to cling to thoughts of governmental secrets as a means for instilling a sense of grand purpose in their lives.  They are crusaders, and such dedication is admirable.

Yet, our hopes and dreams serve us more effectively, when they are focused upon those accomplishments we seek to undertake for the betterment of our lives and to improve the situations of our families, our neighbors.  For us to focus on the present and our nation's future, we need to set forward-looking goals, so that we can plan and build a better America.  However, in order to do so, we must squelch our desire to keep looking back and pouring over meaningless events that do not bring us together as a people, nor foster the momentum required to tackle the challenges that face all Americans."

We need to work together to build our future, and to once again present to ourselves and to the world an America of which we can all be unceasingly proud.  I have consistently called for transparency in government, because each of us, the 'We the People' of whom Thomas Jefferson so brilliantly wrote, must trust in each other, and in our government, to ensure the unyielding strength and resilience of our Union.  To this end, I believe that we must do what we can to assuage the concerns of those among us who believe that the government is withholding knowledge from us, the People.

As Commander in Chief, I have been briefed on all levels of classified information in the command and purview of our federal government.  Yet, I need not de-classify anything to address openly and frankly those persons who continue to view Roswell, New Mexico as a place where our government came into contact with visitors from another world, and with their technology.  To put it plainly, the United States government has never had any confirmed contact with extra-terrestrials, and has never encountered any alien technology.  There is no classified data that would appease those who wish to prove the existence of extra-terrestrials.  It simply does not exist.

Like many of you, I am uplifted by the thought that there may be advanced civilizations out there somewhere. . . waiting for us to contact them.  This is a happy dream, which one day, through dedication and persistence in scientific and technological pursuits, we may make a reality.  But we must focus on those things that we can accomplish, the advancement of our knowledge and industry, rather than looking for secrets that do not reside hidden in some government archive.

Nobody, not even the President, can convince someone of the truth when they are dead-set against believing it.  But I hope, that the promise of our Nation is so undeniably real and true, that those who have become accustomed to devoting themselves to revealing governmental conspiracies, can instead devote themselves to the progress of America.  We the People must never stop shooting for the stars.  We must continue to stand tall together looking to the future. . . the future we build together.

Something significant is happening and understanding what this is will go a long way to solving many of the problems created by our dependence on fossil fuel.  Just think if we were able to provide an energy source that is totally sustainable and non -polluting what a better place our world would be.

I'm an executive here in the Silicon Valley and my avocation involves working with people that have had experiences which many would consider beyond belief but which the late Dr. John Mack of the Harvard Medical School said were not psychopathologically based.  They are real and significant evidence by very reputable professionals in our government, military, as well as civilians have been put forth with seeming no response from our sitting Presidents.

Evidently this issue is classified beyond anything else and most Presidents have not even had access to the facts.  Be that as it may, maybe the time and the moment is right to dig deeper and ultimately move us to the next level for ourselves and the world.

Thousands of people have seen ET vehicles and listened to the Air Force’s ridiculous explanations.  The Air Force’s Fact Sheet about the subject of UFOs is a total lie.   

Anyone remotely familiar with just these few cases knows how ridiculous the government’s official position is:

The 1967 case at Malmstrom AFB where a UFO was spotted above underground command and control centers and nearly 20 Nike missiles went off-line.

The 1976 case where an Iranian  jet chased a UFO over Tehran, Iran;  two Iranian F-4’s tried to intercept the UFO and just as they were about to get within striking distance the jets lost all communications and fire control abilities.  When they returned to base, these systems came back on line.

The 1980 Rendlesham Forest case where an ET vehicle landed next to RAF Woodbridge and a team of USAF men actually walked around the craft and touched it; it was seen by 100s of our men at the base.

The 2008 sightings above Stephenville, TX where 100s of people reported seeing huge metallic craft and lights in the sky; the objects were tracked on radar.

Thousands of trained and reputable people have reported seeing highly maneuverable and unusual aircraft that travel at extremely high rates of speed and then make sharp 90-degree turns; some occasionally stop and hover.  There are many cases of airborne as well as ground based visual and radar sightings of these objects.   Research has shown that these objects are not atmospheric phenomena, birds, astronomical objects and optical illusions.  Sudden 90-degree turns at high speed would destroy any known aircraft.  The government continues to lie about these things to Presidents as well to the citizens, and one can only speculate why. My guess is that the government is embarrassed to admit that in spite of the billions of dollars that have been spent on defense that they can not control and secure our air space.  There are dozens of other reasons for the cover-up.  MR. OBAMA, IT IS TIME TO GIVE AMERICANS THE TRUTH!

Mr. President, two key points of your campaign were "hope" and "change". Well, we all "hope" you "change" what is told to us about extraterrestrials and how its told to us.

Our government can disclose the truth which has clearly been witnessed by hundreds of military personnel, and still hold to national security. The public can handle this truth regardless of outdated recommendations by the Brookings Institute. I have been photographing UFO's daily and nightly when weather permits for almost two years.     Confirmed sightings.    I am not alone.   Almost anyone who picks up a camera and points it at a sky with clouds in it, or at the gliding, slow moving, silent blinkie lights at night is well aware that our skies are usually graced with UFO's constantly.  There is nothing scary about it, and I have never felt any threat.   It seems that they want to be seen.

   The same kinds of craft, from small to large are there to be seen daily.   Sometimes a digital camera can pick up what the human eye doesn't see.
   Their presence is so common now that I have a problem with calling them unidentified.
I may not have a technical name for them, but they are no longer unknown.
   As it stands, millions of people worldwide have seen them, photographed them, and videoed UFO's.     It flies in the face of reason to think that the government is so dumbed down that they don't know this.    For the government to continue to play dumb on the issue, or to keep lying about it would be called Perjury in a court of law.  To expect us to pay for all of this research & high tech, and then not give us the information and tech is called Stealing.
   We pay for this research, and it is time for us to have the information that we have funded for decades.     We Already Know It !     So, 'fess up, and confirm it.  If the government is that clueless, frightened, or unwilling to admit what we all know, then the government is obsolete.

Some people say this is not an important issue. When they say that you know they haven't even looked at the evidence nor understand the implications of it. They can't discern fact from fiction nor fake from real. There seem to be stories of literally hundreds of UFO and other alien life events.  Yet, there is not one single shred of physical evidence to support ANY of them.  

I echo what an earlier commenter said, that if we had captured and exploited alien technology, then why are we still using petroleum fueled engines to get around and why are we still sending rockets into space with basically the same technology we've been using for the last 45 years?

However, while I believe that it is likely that at least some UFOs represent other intelligence(s),  if the UFO community is to go beyond "preaching to the choir" and reach those in government and citizenry at large who may not be on board, then we would do well to at least add the word possible or probable to the phrase "extraterrestrial presence" since, let's face it, many simply do not accept the level of proof that the rest of us do.
