Hoping our voices are heard loud and clear.
We are asking, on behalf of these very valued members of our society, all of whom were in your employ, who came forward through the Disclosure Project, that they be supported in their advocacy for the human race, and disclosure as regards the subject of ufos and extraterrestrials.
We support them, as they supported us through their service within the halls of government.
We are asking that the members of this administration take the same courageous steps and come forward about what is happening on this planet.

Dear President Obama,
Ending the truth embargo regarding the presence of foreign, off world influences and the technologies with which have been and can further be revealed is quite possibly the most brave and important action a person could ever do. Are you able to accept that challenge? Do you have the strength and courage to bring forth the truth that is so evident to millions of people. Or are you just another example of political servitude given to the masses in a phony attempt to placate a false democracy? We are dying out here, sir, under economic homicide. PLEASE HELP US! Please listen to what you are being told in these comments and reports. These technologies will provide so much for the world. Let it be known! You were chosen!

Dear President Obama,
I very much hope you are the man who has the fortitude to stand up and acknowledge what most of us already know: the UFO presence is real, and increasing. Those who came before you and denied it or ignored it look so foolish to us who know the truth. Please don't be counted among their number. I respectfully request that you open both dialogue and investigation channels; we are waiting to stand beside you on this issue.

Disclosure means full disclosure, meaning also about the other species native to this planet and their public introduction. They are available on short notice.
Disclosure also means the truth about the banking/oil company's part in the suppression of combustion technologies capable of delivering more than several hundred mpg with near zero emmissions. Ask any WW2 tank mechanic who served in the North Africa Campaign the real reason General Patton got P O'd when the campaign was moved to mainland Europe. Especially when he kept running out of gas which didn't happen in Africa. The General' s action was justifiable, not insubordinate. Lastly the elimination, even prosecution, of the criminal scientists in the USPTO preventing and holding up zeropoint energy and electromedicine technologies. In general Disclosure means the restoration of integrity to governmental management with the elimination of the many levels of of government mismanagement.

Please take charge and demand and require disclosure of the hidden technologies. These will make our country great again and will help all citizens of the world. The energy sources that have been disclosed by some would certainly help all of the world and contribute more to world peace than anything else that we can do.

This issue has gone on far too long and is one of the greatest crimes against humanity ever committed. Full disclosure would shake things up worldwide and make much of the petty issues that we deal with every day totally pointless. Would there be serious upheaval in the day to day actions of our species? Absolutely. But the time for that upheaval and awakening is just what is needed. Our world needs a serious kick in the butt to progress into a better race. Its time for the governments of this planet to admit that they have been lying to us and take responsibility for their actions. The good that will come of this will far outweigh the bad. There will be social unrest and the transition will not be an easy one, but it needs to take place now. President Obama, as the leader of the greatest nation on the planet, you must bring this issue into the light so that the rest of the world can join us in what will most certainly be the most important event that has ever taken place in the history of the human race. The people don't want to be "protected" anymore. We want, no demand, the proof. Good or bad, the time for full disclosure rests firmly on your shoulders. I have faith that you may be the one who will finally put an end to one of the greatest charades ever forced on the people of the planet Earth. We who sign this request are not demented or delusional. Many of us have spent countless hours researching this issue and the only conclusion, faced with insurmountable evidence, is that we have been lied too. Buck up, face the facts, and insist that this veil be lifted once and for all.

First of all the question is vague. "ARV" could mean "Automated voltage regulation", or it could mean "alien reproductive vehicles" or it could mean "advanced remote viewing" or it could mean "Associate Remote viewing "
Forget the first one, we know about that. Alien reproduction vehicles should be partially disclosed, but the specifics need to be kept classified. Consider an enemy getting their hands on such technology and making an army of clones.....
As for remote viewing there is no technology... except maybe some passive things like electrical stimulus, or a room where RV is carried out in a controlled setting. Actually RV can operate better in a relaxed uncontrolled setting.
Remote viewing is something certain people are gifted with (or cursed with depending on what you see) It's a spiritual or psychic ability possessed by individuals, possibly or ancient origins that may have been alien hybrids. Ever wonder why there are pictographs of UFOs and alien beings on cave walls in America and in Europe and Egypt as well as many other parts of the earth. They didn't have the SciFi channel 4000 years ago people!
So there is no remote Viewing technology if that's what the question was about, and again it was vague....so I have no idea which ARV this refers to...
Too bad we didn't get Saddam that first time they thought they had him located in that squarish building and sent in the big ones. Whoosh, blam, leveled. He had already left or the intelligence was wrong. Would have saved a lot of money for the capture and transport and trials for everyone.....
Oh, don't mind me, I was 10,000 miles away...... ;)
